Stephanie Staton began in the City in 1988 in recruitment with a subsequent
move in 1991 into career management and ultimately as Head of Business
Development and a board director of Meridian Consulting (now part of the
Penna group). In 1997 Stephanie was invited to set up the Human Resources
search practice at Richmond & Co where she worked closely with major
financial institutions on senior human resources appointments. Her early
career was in science and medical commercial and corporate documentaries.

Sally Talbot spent five years in executive search at Armstrong International
where she launched and headed their Human Resources search practice. There
she managed a team of researchers and consultants in London and New York
working successfully with large corporates in The City and Wall Street.

Prior to Armstrong International Sally headed up senior recruitment at Arthur
Andersen and at Chemical Bank where she ran their graduate recruitment
function. Her early career was spent at The Prudential where she held a variety
of generalist HR roles including management development and training. Sally
has a Psychology degree from Bristol University and is IPD qualified.

Lucinda Armitage spent five years at Armstrong International initially as a
researcher in HR, Equities and Investment Banking. She became a Consultant
for the Corporate Finance team developing a particular focus on the Technology,
Media and Telecoms sectors and has undertaken searches at the highest level
across the UK, Continental Europe and the US. Lucinda brought her expertise in
search to Redwood in January 2003 and now heads our research and execution
team. She has a BA in English from the University of Bristol and an MA in
Literature, Culture and Modernity from Queen Mary Westfield College, London.
